I've spent my career watching people rise when someone finally takes the time to understand them.
As a teacher for almost a decade, I saw it in classrooms where students who were written off, starts understanding themselves better when the right conditions were created for them.
As I worked my up to leadership in humanitarian organization, I also saw how team members under pressure and in tough conditions are able to figure out how to work together, adjusting to the work styles of each other.
I also saw problems when a team is not operating well. Miscommunication, hidden tension and capable people not provided a safe space to lead, speak up and be vulnerable...just to name a few.
I realize the pattern was always the same but it was never about the people. It was the lack of training to understand how one works and how one can work with their team.
That's why I built the programs for the individuals and organizations.
I design and facilitate people and team development programs that help team members understand themselves and understand each other so they can show up better for themselves, for their teams and for the work that matters.
I believe that the work that matters can only happen when three things are true:
You understand yourself - your triggers, your strengths, and how you actually show up for others.
You understand your teammates - why they act the way they do and how to bridge the gap between your styles.
You feel safe enough to show up as a human being, not a corporate version of yourself.
My flagship program, Team Dynamics Lab, gives teams a shared language, practical tools and a real shift towards productivity.
In a world that's moving faster than ever, our humanity isn't a liability. It's still ourgreatest asset. And I am here to help teams recommit to it.
If this sounds like what you or what your team needs, I'd love to talk.
